How long do I have access to my courses?
Access duration depends on your purchase type:
- Individual Courses: You have 90 days of access from the date of enrollment.
- Learning Programs: For full programs or bundles, you have 1 year of access.
How do I download my certificate of completion?
Once you have successfully completed all the required modules and assessments in a course:
- Enter the Course Player.
- Navigate to the final Certificate activity.
- Click the "Claim Certificate" or "Download" button.
- You can also access all earned certificates anytime by visiting your Learner Profile page.
Can I earn CEUs for these courses?
Yes. IAQA University courses are designed to provide the Continuing Education Units (CEUs) necessary for professional certification renewals and state licensure requirements.
What should I do if a video or module isn't loading?
If you experience technical issues, try the following steps:
- Clear your browser cache and restart your browser.
- Open the course in Incognito/Private mode.
- Ensure your browser is up to date (we recommend Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox).
- Check that no browser extensions (like ad-blockers) are interfering with the player.
